Usage:

Capsule: 1 capsule twice a day or as directed by the doctor.

Tincture: Dissolve 1-2 drops in your water, tea, or coffee or as directed by the doctor.

Paste: Take a piece about the size of a grain of rice once per day (Preferably in the morning) or as directed by the doctor.
